    说茶

          说起茶来,我知道的并不是很多,因为父亲酷爱吃茶,所有才偶尔与父亲一起品茗论文,想起《红楼梦》书中冰清孤傲的妙玉曾谓:一杯为品,二杯即是解渴的蠢物,三杯便是饮牛饮骡了。北宋苏轼有一首《汲江煎茶》才极好的道出了品茶的意境:

     

    活水还须活水烹,自临钓石汲深清;

    大瓢贮月归春瓮,小杓分江入夜瓶。

    雪乳已翻煎处脚,松风忽作泻时声;

    枯肠未易禁三椀,卧听山城长短更。

     

          但凡喜爱茶的人没有不知道茶圣陆羽的,茶圣陆羽写出了茶的传世经典之作《茶经》。虽然我喝茶是个外行,但是对《茶经》到是略知一二。“名茶还须好水泡”,这是茶圣陆羽《茶经》里的名句,他曾提出过划水方法,按照他的划分,庐山康王谷水帘水第一,无锡惠王寺的水第二,苏州虎丘寺的水第五,扬子江南零水第七。而在《红楼梦》第41回也曾描述烹茶用水的讲究,妙玉道:“这是五年前我在玄墓蟠香寺住着时收的梅花上的雪,共得那一鬼脸青的花瓮一瓮,总舍不得吃,埋在地下,今年夏天才开瓮。”连黛玉问了句:“这可也是旧年的雨水?”也被妙玉讥为大俗人,看来这用水之法也都是大有讲头的。只是烹茶的水就这样讲究,可见茶道的精深和复杂,茶道也分地区,福建等地的功夫茶也是极为有名的,我也曾一时心动买过茶道的器物,但是总也摆在小几上,懒得动它。

     

          现代的人由于时间的关系,很少有人在自己的家中做茶道,品茶烹茶也都选择在茶馆里,一来茶馆里的环境好,用的水和茶叶也是道地的,二来茶艺师的表演,举手投足都有着十足的韵味,比自己在家手慌脚乱砸了杯子在客人面前丢脸要好的多。约上三两个知已朋友,在茶舍的茶室里,捧着香茗,聊着风雅韵事,到也是极难得的美差。
